Tips for Preparing Presentation Files for the Video Wall

  • The bezels (edges of the monitors) show as black lines, which can be visually disruptive. Text should avoid straddling the bezels.
  • Tables with borders look really confusing against the bezels. Avoid using borders in tables. Use cell shading instead of borders.
  • Black hides the bezels and minimizes their visual disruption. Use black as a background color in your presentation slides.
  • Use the bezels as a way of visually organizing your slides.
