Reference management tools allow users to share the reference libraries with others. For example, EndNote allows users to share all the references in the library with others, whereas Mendeley gives an option to selectively share some references in the library.
You can share your references with other users using the "Groups" function. Members can add, annotate and use the library at the same time.

Please note that you may wish to check if you have the right to share full-text articles with other researchers, in particular those outside PolyU. Just because Mendeley doesn't prevent you from sharing content doesn't mean you have the permission to distribute articles to others.
