Find out who your Faculty Librarian is and contact them for advice related to your study and research! They provide 1-to-1 or small group research consultation services and also teach tailor-made subject-related workshops.
There are 2 service counters located on different floors in the Library. Go to the nearest counter when you need help!

The Service Counter is right in front of the Library entrance on P/F. Our friendly Library staff will answer your questions or point you to the best channel for answers. |

Technical Support Desk
Go to the Technical Support Desk (4/F North Wing, iSpace) when you encounter troubles with computer stations, printers, or the self-check-out kiosk. Or, if you need to print big posters for presentations and use any equipment in the Digital Makerspace. |
