Eligible Users & Quota
Eligible users can request up to 150 items per academic year (1 September to 31 August). Undergraduate students in programmes leading to PolyU awards can also request up to 20 items per academic year.
Once a request has been submitted, it will be deducted from the user’s quota regardless of whether the requested material could be obtained. The used quota will be topped up at the start of every academic year. The unused quota will not be carried forward to the next academic year.

- Materials from local source: HK$30 per filled ILL or DDS request
- Materials from overseas source: HK$250 per filled ILL request; HK$150 per filled DDS request
